Company Overview

Professional I.T. Solutions provides clients with, systems and network engineering solutions, server and computer upgrade and repair, data cabling services, and consulting services. With over 20 years of I.T. experience, Jared Durham provides the primary technical support for Professional I.T. Solutions. Jared holds a BAS and AAS degree in Computer Networking from Boise State University Network Engineering with an emphasis in Project Management and Communications. Jared is a Microsoft Certified Professional and holds additional certifications including A+, Network+, CNST, CST, as well as a Certified Fiber Optic Installer.

Jared has worked for several companies before starting Professional I.T. Solutions. He has handled metro sized fiber optic projects for IDACOMM as an Outside Plant Project Manager ranging from $20,000 to $800,000 for companies like Micron, St. Al’s, Level 3, Syringa, Boise School District, Simplot, and Verizon Wireless. While working for IDACOMM he also gained experience in VoIP, DSL, Broadband over Power, Wireless, Dialup and T1 technologies as well as Fiber Optic Technologies and assisted with several network installs and upgrades.

Mr. Durham has extensive experience analyzing, designing and integrating systems including significant content from any one or more of the following disciplines: communications, Voice over IP (VoIP), intranets, world-wide-web, email services, Cisco programming and installation, Windows Server upgrades and updates, as well as Windows XP repair and upgrades.

Current knowledge of new technologies, combined with an ability to quickly overcome learning curves, allows Mr. Durham to rapidly understand a company’s organization, the viability of a new or ongoing project or product, and the interaction between the two. This allows him to make recommendations that improve the efficiency of an organization and enhance its product. He has provided advanced technical expertise for companies ranging from start-ups to multimillion dollar companies.
